ProjectYard operates Big Fish Dream for Android (cloud.projectyard.bigfishdream). This policy explains how the current release handles information when you play or contact us.

Game progress stored on your device

The game stores your local player profile, campaign progress, personal scores and settings on your device. It does not require an online account. Clearing app data or uninstalling the game can remove this progress.

No in-game data collection or sharing

The current release works offline. It does not collect or transmit personal information, advertising identifiers, location, contacts, photos, gameplay analytics or diagnostics to ProjectYard. It contains no advertising, in-app purchases or third-party analytics SDK. A world leaderboard connection is not available in this release; local scores remain on your device.

Support messages

If you email support@projectyard.cloud, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer your request and provide support. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Support messages are handled by our email provider and retained only as needed to address the request and applicable obligations. You can ask us to delete a support conversation by email.

This website

When you visit this website, the hosting service may record standard server logs such as your IP address, requested page, request time and browser information for delivery, security and troubleshooting. This website uses no advertising or analytics trackers and does not ask you to create an account.

Children

The current game does not request age or date of birth and does not collect personal information from players. If you believe personal information about a child was included in a support message, contact us so we can address it.

Sharing and choices

ProjectYard does not sell player information. You can remove locally stored game data through Android app settings. There is no server-side game account to delete. For website-log or support-message questions or deletion requests, contact support@projectyard.cloud.
